FUCK THE POLICE
911 EVERY DAY
And I am neither compassionate nor left.
I'm both and neither, depending on the pill I take on the particular day.

#5) Legalizing Marijuana: Obama, a former (we hope) druggie, who has admitted to using marijuana and cocaine, has said that he favors "decriminalizing marijuana." Perhaps you can't blame him for wanting to make it easier for people to get drugs since, after all, he used them and look how he turned out. If Barack gets into the White House, one day mothers all over America can tell their children that they'll never be anything in life if they use hard drugs and those children can reply, "Well, at least I can be President!"
This is a bullshit statement. Justice Antonin Scalia ALSO does not rule according to the law. He does not believe in an absolute warrant requirement under the 4th amendment. He has repeatedly in his carreer upheld warrantless searches based on "exigent circumstances". Those two words appear NO WHERE in the 4th Amendment. Further, Scalia has said that evidence gathered in violation of the 4th amendment should be admitted against the defendant, that prosecutors should not be punished by the bad acts of the police and that defendants can sue the police for violating their 4th amendment rights. Scalia is basically for making the 4th amendment toothless.#10) Appoint liberal judges to the courts who will rule accoring to how they feel society should be, rather than according to what the law says.
the whole of this article can be found here http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/opinion/276837_cathyoung09.html and you can look up the case on findlaw or just google it and it will come up. Then you can see what overwhelming respect the most conservative justice on the court has for YOUR fourth amendment rights. In Hudson v. Michigan, the court ruled 5-4 that if the police enter a suspect's home without knocking, this does not make the search unconstitutional.
The majority emphasized it was not giving a stamp of approval to no-knock searches. While the rule requiring police to knock, announce themselves and wait briefly before entering a residence is not part of the Fourth Amendment (which protects citizens from unlawful searches), this procedure long has been a part of common law.
What the court held was that a violation of this rule unlike, say, a search without a proper warrant is not serious enough to require throwing out the evidence found in the search and letting the defendant go free.
He wrote about it in his autobiography. Geez dude, catch up!I've never heard of Obama doing cocaine, and I'm pretty certain Acorn just made it up.
But being that a majority of Americans have done pot, I don't think it's going to resonate with America very well if the uber right keeps hammering this.

He said he smoked pot and blew coke when he could afford it.
Which makes him like every other college student with a life.
There is absolutely no way that every college student with a life "blows" coke. That's just projecting, dude.He said he smoked pot and blew coke when he could afford it.

Yes, good thing or somebody may think people use coke on a regular basis. Mountain Dew is far more likely to have been used by every college student than such an old fogey drink like coke.Wow. Good catch Damo.
Good thing you're here to vigilantly guard against exaggerations.

Because it tasted like crap.Surge was the stuff back in 98-01! Biggest soda craze in my life, and I loved every minute of it. The Coke pulled it from the market...
