What surprises me is that some lawyer hasn't decided to make a career out of suing universities by taking the most egregiously DEI / radical Leftist / insane courses and when the lunatic teaching one marks down or fails the lawyer for not regurgitating the party line verbatim demands the university pay for defrauding him or something. You could have a whole "sue and settle" thing going.
It would help if the lawyer were everything the Left hates, like a White male in his late 30's who professes to be a devout Christian and takes a very logical, factual position on things. Maybe a guy that uses shills to take the classes so he can sue for them...

You keep referring to the liberal arts which have the lowest enrollment and least majors at almost every college.
