oh, oh, here we go again. the ONLY reason you want rights based on reason instead of desire is that you are terrified of the freedom of others. You need to have government with an ability to regulate and control those around you so you are less fearful of your surroundings. And as i've already told you, States have been given the power to regulate their roadways.
