This painting is a wonderful work of art. The reason the artist did not put any Darkies in it is because they are too ugly. The man depicted is a text-book example of the Nordid phenotype (Nordid is synonymous with "NORDIC") even though he has dark coloured hair and eyes. The Nordid phenotype refers to the appearance of the White-skinned native people of North Western European people. The Nordid aesthetic is the most beautiful human phenotype in the world. The reason that there are no women in it, is because women are generally too stupid and too emotionally unstable to make for effective political activists, i.e. persons who are capable of effectively speaking "truth to power" before a public audience.
This painting harks back to a happier time in America where Black and women were not typically engaged in the political domain at any level: municipal, state oir Federal.. Finally, getting back to the painting featured in the OP. This painting represents how things once were in America. It is a political "snap-shot" taken from the not that distant past - from a saner, more civil and more harmonious United States.
