Naw death is messy. They only do it if there is no other way to profits.

Only profits matter.
 
HB1 Visa's should be allowed only on the condition that the person in question is paid market wages and is allowed to change employers and bargain for higher wages. That will be fair and it will also cut their usage dramatically, to only times whenever industries actually do need someone "because not enough people are coming out of college".

Nope. There should be no loopholes in immigration policy at all as a response to market conditions, for IT workers or lettuce pickers. Maybe we should improve our schools, and pay a livable wage, even to a lettuce picker. Maybe corporations will invest directly in our schools if we don't allow them to just leave americans out of the loop.
