Contrary to what someone on this forum thinks, there's actual progress in building a
jury pool.
A Seminole County Courthouse spokesperson said there are 20 possible jurors, with 10 more needed before the court will begin regular voire dire.
In the jury selection process established by Judge Debra Nelson, once 30 jurors have been questioned about pretrial exposure and have not been dismissed for cause or hardships, they'll be brought together as a group for broader questioning.
Only six people are needed to complete the jury, with four to five alternates.
