Agreed. More people need to think in terms of "WE." We humans on this speck of a planet, the only known place in the entire universe that we humans can live. People should open their eyes and see the big picture. "WE" are all on the same side. We need to figure out how to get along better.

While I support treatment for all kids, the idea of making permanent changes to them should be approached with extreme caution. Like anyone else, reconstructive surgery is one thing, but elective surgery is another.

Recently I watched "Elsbeth" with Julia Fox. She looked a little freaky with oversized lips. I looked her up and she not only admits to a lot of cosmetic surgery but also regrets it. There's little chance of turning back in many cases, especially with sex changes. We've all read stories of Hollywood stars regretting their plastic surgery or having botched surgeries. If adults can have these regrets, why allow a child to make such decisions?
