There is no help here': US puts just 100 passengers on Afghanistan evacuation planes that can take 600 as stranded Americans say they can't get to airport and Taliban becomes more violent


But most of the planes that left on Tuesday night had just 100 people on board. One, that was carrying a CBS reporter who filmed inside, had just 300 people on board - half the number that were rescued on one plane on Sunday.


The reason for the woefully low passenger counts is that no one can get to the airport and through processing to board them.

Taliban is controlling all of the streets surrounding the airport

Then answer my question and I’ll know exactly how you feel on the issue. Do you feel that releasing the 5,000 prisoners, which the Trump administration authorized, has had no effect on the current situation in Afghanistan?

Afghanistan released them....ITS THEIR country

They were not being held by the US

Obama released the ones being held by the US

The buck stops with Joe....who is it that said "unlike this president, I'll do my job and take responsibility. I won't blame others. And I'll never forget that the job isn't about me...it's about you." So have we seen him today? His VP? Or did he forget....
 
The problem really is how to get people to the airport which the Biden admin pretty much outsourced to the individual americans.
