he is pulling away National guard from higher crime areas and murder States to send them to plant flowers in Democratic States. that equals LESS SAFE.

He is forcing States to put police guards near the National guard to protect them from angry citizens and that equals LESS SAFE.

There are natural emergency that could use National Guard but Trump is using them to plant flowers and that equals LESS SAFE.
