No, it doesn't work that way, common sense dictates, if you say Voter ID fraud is such an issue that it merits a specified Voter ID you have to show evidence that it is actually a serious problem, which you can not, you are creating a problem that doesn't exist and then recommending a solution, like applying a band aid to a wall surface thinking you are fixing the wall
