I guarantee you the folks that make the machines you use in your work use Scrum Teams and go through exactly what I am talking about. I also know that doctors (the boss ones), especially in teaching hospitals, have weekly meetings talking about exactly that kind of thing... For profit hospitals very much do.

While you may not need to, most of us have had to justify our existence at some point or another in our jobs... We have had to do this.

We are only in the egg stages of this thing. I'm going to laugh when his AI goes through the emails and spits out a list of folks who didn't take it seriously to fire.

We had a meeting over lunch two weeks ago. Numbers good and was told I am doing an amazing job. Love getting paid and praised at the same time.

Me too. I haven't had anything other than stellar performance appraisals since before I was in the Navy (some teachers would say I don't live up to my potential before that). None of this changes what I am saying. While you don't justify your existence, one of your bosses does... They talk about their team and what they've done.
 
And I'm going to blow your mind when I tell you I did two hours of my healthcare job from home today and got double the pay. Hoping trump actually does the no taxes on overtime thing. Doubt it tho.

Trump is our chief executive officer. HIS JOB is to put the right people in place to do the work. So far he is doing a fantastic lob. Presidents delegate they should not micromanage. Carter was terrible at micromanaging and he was one of the worst Presidents ever.

Says someone who hasn't watched him do a presser while signing documents. The difference between Dementia Joe and Trump has never been so clear... He didn't have one note, no crotch notes, no teleprompter and was distracted by people handing him stuff to sign, they'd tell him what it was, he'd answer a question, sometimes two or three about something, sign the document then tell you what it was that he just signed.

Musk has been doing his job, Trump has been doing his... For instance, Musk was not there when he called Columbian government and told them what was going to happen if they did not take back their illegal immigrants... while he was golfing. He was doing the job of the President at that time.

Anyway, watching the man work I almost wish he wasn't someone that suggested to shut down the constitution when he thought someone stole an election...
