Trump is worshipped by The Cult precisely because they are living through him vicariously - he is getting away with stuff they wish they could get away with:
criminal fraud, sexual assault, dates with teenage girls, divorcing wives and marrying models young enough to be their daughter.
 
It's simple:

Obama and Biden belong to the corrupt system, so they aren't being prosecuted for the crimes that they DID commit (spying on Trump and his campaign, intentionally allowing an unfettered illegal alien invasion, election fraud, weaponizing the DOJ (and other govt agencies) against US citizens, etc).

Meanwhile, Trump is a threat to the corrupt system, so he IS being wrongfully hounded and prosecuted for actions that are completely legal (e.g. securing and repaying a bank loan, correctly accounting for a legal expense, etc) as well as for complete and total fabrications ("E. Jean Carroll, Russia Hoax, Pee Pee Hoax, Epstein Hoax, etc)
