Well, actually living in a tiny house is a bit of my dream. A tiny house is a tiny house on a trailer, so it is smaller than a single wide. Living a more simple life would be cool. And I could build it myself for about $20k.

The problem is that I am married with children. Even when my kids go to college, I will still have a wife. A more minor issue is that I really demand a full toilet, which is doable with a tiny house, but just barely.

I retired at 58, but I had a bit of help…those GST’s help…and a generous grandfather.

My son and his girlfriend are staying in a 350 sq. foot cabin, for the weekend, in the mountains of N.C. near the Virginia border.

Lots of snow but they love it.
