They can be removed from office, jailed, and fined for allowing invasion of the states and violating their oaths of office.

Yes, they HAVE. They have violated Title 8 of the CFR, and supported insurrection against the people of the United States. They are accessories to gang activity, rioting, violence, looting, and assault.

They took an oath to The Constitution that says they are not to do that.
That's the short version, I realize you're derp, but yeah, they have violated all their oaths of office.
