I have to say that swastika wearing fake soldiers with gun knowledge of gun safety are not "responsible gun owners". They are the best argument against what they are protesting for.

Sure, but not because of trans people. The UK had laws against hate speech way before trans people started pushing for equal rights and recognition. It's like that in most of Europe.
Are you referring to the Twitter incident? Twitter is a private company, so that didn't have anything to do with free speech.
I mentioned those 2 states, because the state governments have been very invasive about guns. Usually gun grabbing starts at the state level. When the Democrats get enough federal power, they sometimes pass legislation like the AWB of the 90s.
To be fair, Republicans were guilty of supporting this nonsense in the 80s, like with the Brady Bill and the original FOPA.
