If you met my MIL today, and it was before noon, or just after she took a nap, you would not know or be able to tell she has dementia, but she does. If you met her in the evening, or even just a few hours after waking up or even just at the wrong moment you would not be able to avoid the fact that she has dementia. If you watched that debate and weren't immediately concerned that the President has dementia, then you are simply lying to yourself, and trying to gaslight the rest of the world. Why Damocles do you fear to address it if you are not a Trumper as you like to claim? Why do you pretend you cannot see anything that would be a negative for Trump if you acknowledged it?
 
Trump is probably afflicted with senile dementia--I agree--
but I'm not sure that it makes him any worse.

He is so perverse and vile by nature that dementia may actually make him less destructive.
And in time, the clogged blood vessels in his brain will in fact kill him,
if we're not lucky enough for something else to do it sooner.

I bet his dementia improves his job ability, he is more easily held back by advisors.
