If you met my MIL today, and it was before noon, or just after she took a nap, you would not know or be able to tell she has dementia, but she does. If you met her in the evening, or even just a few hours after waking up or even just at the wrong moment you would not be able to avoid the fact that she has dementia. If you watched that debate and weren't immediately concerned that the President has dementia, then you are simply lying to yourself, and trying to gaslight the rest of the world. Nobody wanted him to run after that, and he was less popular than a letter full of botulism.
There are great medical advancements for dementia and Alzheimer’s.
