My gut instinct is that people who willingly choose to live in a high-rise condo or apartment buildings in dense urban areas are fucking insane. We should give them grants to relocate to small towns and rural areas where they can learn to be self-reliant and no longer live off the government teat and require others to do virtually everything for them.
