How do you know that Trump won’t help affect an uprising in Iran?

If Trump reaches out to the protestors on Twitter and they’re emboldened by the support of an American president how is that in any way a bad thing? Isnt Trump encouraging the people to overthrow the mullahs *light years* better than any military solution?

I castigated Obama at great length in 2009 when he failed to support the protestors. Yes, it matters whether the leader of the free world supports the oppressed.

You could ask Reagan or Lech Walesa if they were still around.

Reagan supported the overthrow of communism. He and Pope John Paul both did.

I don’t know where current Pope is.

I doubt Iran’s ‘technical ban’ on Twitter has much effect. Or has sufficient effect, we’ll put it that way. I’m also confident the mullahs wish Trump wouldn’t encourage the uprising.

Donald Trump is a thorn in many sides, it seems.

Higher oil prices make "green" energy, like nukes, more competitive. I thought Lefty's loved high oil prices :palm:

Didn't The Donald just authorize the sales of shoulder fired anti tank weapons to Ukraine? A similar move might be necessary in Iran.
