How do you fix that? Why don't RWNJs want to be teachers and journalists? It's like being a trucker; theoretically it would be 50/50 men/women but only 6% of truckers are women. Why? Physical and psychological differences just like RW mentality and teaching or journalism.

It also takes a special personality to be a politician. One I'd never do. Please shoot me first. OTOH, I would like being on the strategy team or operations. It's just different mindsets and experiences determining those choices.
