Really?

There were almost 6,000 blacks killed by other blacks in 2016.

By contrast, only 258 blacks were killed by police gunfire that year.

B) The Tulsa "race riot" was a direct response to a violent armed black mob trying to illegally free a suspected black rapist from police custody.

According to the FBI between 1985 and 2005 appx. 95% of all terrorism related deaths were from Muslim terrorist attacks.

Seems to me you’re making sweeping generalizations that the facts don’t bear out.

It is true that White males have been responsible for most mass killings in the US at 56%. It appears the main underlying reason is a sense of entitlement. However the second largest ethnicity or race or demographic to commit mass killings are blacks at 16%.

You’re point about the irrational fears of whites towards black is spot on though.

With all due respect, white males have been killing, lynching, murdering, bombing, etc, Blacks for decades. And yes, that does count when you are the victim of those murders.

America has a sorid history with violent white males and lets not pretend it doesn't. The Klan is still alive today.

And to try and say Black males are as dangerous and commit as many violent crimes as white males is a cop out and a scapegoat to shift the blame off white males.

So yea, according to history, I will generalize and use the facts that white males have murdered more people in the country than any other race.

Now we made laws to try to stop "violent Black males" like stop and frisk, what are we going to do about violent white males?

Let's be clear .. none of this is, nor should be about condemning all white males. But what is so often missing from conversations are more white males condemning other white males who do commit these acts. There should be more questions coming from white males asking why the most privileged class of people in America are far more prone to such violence then anyone else.. This is not a new phenomena.

I applaud Ken for stepping to the mic and asking why America quietly accepts such violence from white men in another thread.

Nobody lumps Ken nor the millions of Americans like him who oppose the violence and have the integrity to speak directly to it .. in with the deranged evil who commit and/or support these acts.

Counter to the bullshit .. African-Americans do not hate white people.

We hate the evil.

. As do the overwhelming majority of us. Evil comes in many forms. In Paddock's case and the Sandy Hook massacre , e.g., it looks like mental illness.
Personally I believe most evil and hatred comes from a lack of spirituality (as opposed to religion).
Unfortunately evil will always exist given that it always has all over the world .
I also believe that use of spirituality is not only a coping mechanism but the antidote .

I absolutely agree with the bolded.

Evil may always exist .. but it doesn't have to exist in the same form .. and the only way that form changes is by challenging it and defeating that form.

We are no longer slaves.

The Klan is a joke.

The confederacy has been re-branded as the evil they truly were.

Doors have been kicked open and many political and societal barriers removed.

Today the evil at hand is that of police violence and murder.

That too will change.
