This kind of thing must cease

He was an independant contractor.

The large corporations hate independant contractors, because they prove the superiority of the craftsman approach over taylorization and scientific managment (,dehumanization, overspecialization, deskilling, ignorant managment, etc).

FYI, Taylorism came about after the Gilded Age (his ideas were published in the Progressive Era), and led to unprecedented levels of job quality for workers in the 20s, despite a huge drop in union power and membership at the same time.

blee bloo blee bloo blee?

the principles of taylorism breakdown when they try to use them in the engineering sciences. Taylorization assumes management can plan the work of the workers, but managers today are too stupid to plan engineering projects, so the whole paradigm breaks down.

This is because most managers in engineering plants are trained businessmen but have no formal training in engineering. This is where the suits need to communicate with project managers, but apparently don't do a great job of it in most cases.

They're scared shitless because they know all the engineers are smarter than them. Hence the drive to turn them over as soon as possible and shorten their careers to a few years by pretending experience doesn't matter, and willingness to work 80 hrs a week is all that counts. They do this in some fields to burn people out quick before they wise up.

We've had enough of these revenuers.

Big Gubmint does not tolerate resistance. Note the recumbent position of the the resisters in your photograph.

Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, said “I understand the deep frustration with the IRS. In the early days, my company could not run without me on the job. I once had to shut it down just to be in the room with the IRS. I did not get a fair shake, but I channeled my frustration the American way and ran for office. Americans looking for an outlet for their frustration should join me in calling on Congress to pass a national sales tax and abolish the current federal tax code and the IRS.”

All Americans who wish to resist Big Gubmint should eschew any thought of success, adopt these impotent tactics and be assimilated.

take a closer look. That's a dead ATF thug they are carrying. no better sight on this earth.

Five resisters were killed in the initial raid and buried on the grounds of the resister's compound. One resister was killed returning to the resister's compound, and 35 sneaked away during the standoff.

Some resisters, including children, were either buried alive by rubble, or shot by their misguided fellows.

Many resisters were suffocated by carbon monoxide inhalation as fire engulfed the resister's compound.

In all, 75 resisters died (50 adults and 25 children under the age of 15) and nine survived the fire.

Big Gubmint: Win
Resisters: Loss
