no, it does. when talking about this stuff we aren't usually talking about isp's. isp's are internet service providers and lots of people can have the same one (i.e. comcast etc)

ip stands for internet protocol and are usually unique to individuals, though they aren't always static and change from time to time.

Talking about shared isp's is pretty useless.

thing is, a lot of proxies are pretty obvious. We had a troll a few weeks back posting from spain. Stuff like that jumps out right away. We don't have spanish posters on JPP. Also most proxies (at least free ones) are usually slow and unreliable, and not really suitable for mass posting. They also go down a lot and don't last a long time in most cases.

If you see someone with a fuckton of posts from a particular area and they are posting a lot (i.e. a regular member) then you can usually start discerning that they aren't going through a proxy.

A vpn is a different story.

IP's change constantly if you're connecting here with your phone or Ipad, right?

If Alias wasn't logging in with a mobile device before he was banned, he could've easily come back here after obtaining one (and no doubt with a new ISP depending on the service plan he chose) and voila, none of his new info matches his old info.

And of course, the VPN changes everything, no matter what device you use. And if you're willing to pay an entity like HideMyAss for the use of their vetted VPNs (not blacklisted), then you can show up here with a different IP every time you log in.

But you are missing the point. Homo Howey claims that he has MY ISP from his bogus forum and that he got Alias's ISP from other forums and that they match. What part of that don't you fucking understand piss flaps? Are you that dense? Or are you as wedded to defending Homo Howey as you are to defending B. Hussein Hobama?

Howey is making the claims about ISPs. I am just asking him to fork over his proof and get me banned. You want my ass out of here so bad and you are Homo Howeys JPP beard talk him into it.
