The Bullshit jury charge was not correct on the law. It ultimately left no choice but to find Trump guilty if the jurors followed the jury charge which was not legally correct. The judge knew he was going to mislead the jury and that is why he did not allow the former head of the FEC for 8 years to testify on FEC law. Brad Smith is a former Chairman of the FEC appointed by Bill Clinton and current law professor that teaches FEC law and Marchan didn't let the jury hear from him. Brad Smith says what Trump did was not against FEC law.
