Three U.S. citizens, ages 2, 4 and 7, swiftly deported from Louisiana

The father says he was allowed to speak to the mother for less than a minute, and was not able to discuss his child in that time. The trump administration claims that the parents made a joint decision. So I guess the next step is to see if a joint decision really was made with all parties having access to lawyers. There is a lot of paperwork generated by such a decision, so it should be easy to prove.
What you asked: "Care to show where anyone from the family told a court that the mother wanted the child to leave with her?"

Then when I do, you simply reject the information. I believe that the judge, and you, are deliberately ignoring information because you wanted a different outcome. I get that wish. Especially when you seem to think brown people cannot be good parents and only folks from the US can keep their children.

That does not sound like the way I would express things. I do not ordinarily use the "care to" grammar construct. I am not saying you are lying, but it does not sound right. Can you show me where I said that?

I think some posters forget that I actually live my life, and can pick out when they make up lies about what I did or said. I might be wrong in this case, but it certainly does not sound like me.

Then when I do, you simply reject the information.
You proved there was a full custody case with all parties having lawyers? Again, that does not sound real to me. We have one, of two, custodial parents having possibly written an unnotarized handwritten letter with no access to a lawyer. That is not even half way to what is needed.

So again, prove that there was a full court hearing, with all parties present, and legally represented, and then you have a point. While you are at it, come up with a place where I used your grammar to express myself.

I believe that the judge
I have no reason not to believe the judge, who did not get to hear the case.

True, it was Pobre who said that. I'll correct.

The post I quoted asked... "Care to show where anyone from the family told a court that the mother wanted the child to leave with her?"

Then y'all ignored information and chose to believe opinion over information. "The court doesn't know that"... is an opinion. That there was actually a written request for the mother to keep the child, that is a fact.

So, if you plug your ears, and assume brown people from Honduras are bad parents instead of custodial parents, then just opine about how you aren't sure of something because the facts aren't fitting the result you wanted to have you too can be a leftist judge who ignores information to give opinions that are based on wishes.

Have you ever seen a custody hearing? It is no small event. There are at least a dozen people involved, all generating paperwork. All parties involved either need lawyers, or need to sign off on a huge amount of paperwork saying they refused a lawyer.

If this really happened, it will be extremely easy to prove. With the case where the custodial father was trying to keep his daughter in the USA, it clearly did not happen. ICE effectively kidnapped a two year old child from her father, which is a felony. It cannot even be called custodial interference, because ICE is not one of the custodial parents.

I've seen many. And I flat understand that the judge's opinion on the written message is still an opinion. The custodial parent kept the child. There is nothing stopping the father from going and getting his kid if the mother is willing to give him custody, but you have zero evidence that the mother wanted the child to stay here in the US while there is actual evidence that shows otherwise.

That it "isn't enough" for you or the judge notwithstanding, I work with evidence not suppositions, even if they are from judges.

Let's see...

The Leftists in favor of criminal, illegal, immigration (aka "aliens") whine when families are separated after being arrested for criminally entering the US illegally. Now the same Leftists are whining when criminal, illegal, aliens (aka "immigrants") are deported with their US born children in an attempt by the government to keep families together.

Okay Lefties, which is it going to be:

Separate families based on citizenship and deport that portion that are here criminally and illegally?

or

Keep families together regardless of citizenship and deport the whole family because the adult members are criminally and illegally in the US?

I'm curious. German Navy. Even Terry knew that one. Negative, but that fact you keep making homosexual references is interesting, Arbie. Are you bisexual? Homosexual? Bicurious?
You fucking low life trash are now resorting to insulting my father? Just shows what immature degenerates you are.

Where is this custodial father now?

Where was the insult, Arbie. I don't even know your father which is why I asked the question. The fact you are constantly angry and hateful indicates you are a very unhappy person. Why aren't you happy, Arbie? Does it suck to be you?

Why would you immoral bastards question my father's service in the US Navy in WWII?
He quit school at 17 to fight for this country. He wasn't a coward like you..
Yes, it does anger me when my family is attacked for no other reason than to provoke a response.. That is a rule 14 violation., by the way.
I'm not continuously hateful nor am I unhappy. I have friends and activities to keep me busy. Oh, and plenty of toys to keep me content as well, not just a computer like your only all day every day toy. You're the one with a sad life, not me. So yep, it does suck to be you.

But yet you didn't know what the Kriegsmarine was and guessed it had something to do with homosexuality

Your hate and anger aside, it's good your dad served in the USN during WWII.

Where is the Rule 14 violation? Can you cite it, son, or are you just making up shit again?

Your posts indicate you are very unhappy and hateful. It's good you have toys to play with. Do you like trucks?

Then don't add your idiocy to the perpetrator's post.
