To me at least it would defeat the purpose of having a fancy car if you never drove it yourself. And I'm sure he drives his kids around. I don't know that everyone rich/famous needs to have chauffeurs to take your kids to practice/school etc.

Clearly he could afford a car service, no question. But have to imagine even someone like Tiger might enjoy the 'freedom' being alone in a car offers him.
