Time for Feds to act on marijuana

Federal law generally trumps state law, and as long as the Feds continue to classify marijuana as a dangerous gateway drug in line w/ heroin, the new state laws are going to have problems.

Does it make sense to anyone that marijuana is currently classified as a harder & more dangerous drug than opium or cocaine? I don't get the "reefer madness" mentality of the federal gov't. The election sent a loud & clear message, and this needs to be a states rights issue.

I have yet to see anything, other than a bullshit judicial argument, that a weed that can grow in a ditch is subject to any government regulation.

I dont know that it needs to be a states rights issue, but I agree the feds should back out of this one...............

Those who are making money on marijuana are spending lots of it trying to keep it illegl. RJR Reynalds might as well be paying taxes on it.

MJ must be good for people. Why else would the gov't want to criminalize it.

Well, the special interest groups want it criminalized so they can make more money as well.

No he thinks people in the legalize movement are to be mocked.
He's the leader of a big conspiracy theory group of ani gov nuts.

yes, you are in need of mocking for the stupidity of your position, begging the government to pay for something they have no power to regulate, but you let them anyway.
