TIME Healthcare-cost story a must read

I just wanted to encourage everyone to read their current cover story (it's online) on runaway healthcare costs. While it's stuff that most know or at least suspect, I don't think anyone really understands the extent of it. 400% markups, hospitals who have no idea how their prices are derived, doctors getting financial incentives from companies to rack up more charges.

Costs are the root of the problem. We all know they're ridiculous, but for some reason, we just accept that.

The article is complete bullshit and doesn't get at the real heart of the problem which is that the gobblement has distorted the economics of healthcare since the advent of Medicare.

But I don't expect the proles to understand the root causes.

You are as big a fool as the rest of the libtards. He didn't take it off the table because it isn't what he wanted. He couldn't bring about single payor without dismantling all vestiges of a viable alternative when it ultimately fails as all socialist programs are wont to do.

Obamacare was never designed to work. It was designed to crash the system. It was designed to become so unworkable and leave nothing of value in free market medical insurance that the poor rubes will be left begging for single payor because that is all that will be left.

Unless of course the American people get wise before then. I am banking that they won't. They reelected the kenyan born prick so I don't put too much stock in their brains.
