Trump signed the deal with the Taliban, remember, and now you're blaming Biden.

Biden was stupid enough to honor that deal and even speed it up. Given that Biden had already overturned, stopped enforcing, or otherwise ended, many other Trump policies and positions, why is suddenly Trump's fault when Biden decides to follow one of Trump's actions? Biden could have ignored Trump's deal and made his own, or done nothing. But Biden chose to precipitously and rapidly withdraw creating the clusterfuck we're witnessing. It's Biden's fault and he owns it ENTIRELY.
Maybe the notion of government actually planning (successfully).
