Just because a president was elected semi-democratically at one point in time doesn't mean he will always enjoy the support of society. It isn't undemocratic to throw him out of office if he's screwed up badly.

No, but it sets a bad precedent to boot a president just because of low popularity, especially if that president was elected twice in a row.

Once you go down the slippery slope of impeaching presidents for the hell of it, it is going to be quite difficult to come back.
 
I'm actually somewhat of a supporter of legislative supremacy. I think the executive branch is something of an 'elect-your-dictator' system. I wouldn't really mind if the legislature became more assertive in that area, but it isn't going to anyway.

I agree with both parts of that statement, incidentally. Unfortunately the executive branch can act much more efficiently than a legislature could...and yes, CK is a complete idiot.
