It is impossible that such widespread shooting of young children throughout Gaza, sustained over the course of an entire year is accidental or unknown to the highest Israeli civilian and military authorities."- Healthcare system systematically targeted: "Israel has destroyed more than half of Gaza’s healthcare resources and has killed nearly one thousand Palestinian healthcare workers... We quickly learned that our Palestinian healthcare colleagues were among the most traumatized people in Gaza, and perhaps in the entire world... All were acutely aware that their work as healthcare providers had marked them as targets for Israel. This makes a mockery of the protected status hospitals and healthcare providers are granted under the oldest and most widely accepted provisions of International Humanitarian Law." And they stress that despite spending "a combined 254 weeks inside Gaza’s largest hospitals and clinics, [...] not once did any of us see any type of Palestinian militant activity in any of Gaza’s hospitals or other healthcare facilities."

Israeli soldiers 'deliberately fired at and disabled' security cameras, UN says

We've just brought you news that two UN peacekeepers have been injured by Israeli tank fire in southern Lebanon.

In a statement just released, the UN says Israeli forces have "repeatedly hit" UN positions the last 24 hours.

On Wednesday, soldiers "deliberately fired at and disabled" UN security cameras, we're told.

An Israeli drone was also spotted flying above the entrance to a bunker, where Israeli soldiers also fired at earlier today.

"Any deliberate attack on peacekeepers is a grave violation of international humanitarian law," the UN says.

Two UN peacekeepers injured after Israeli tank fires at watchtower

Two UN peacekeepers have been injured after an Israeli tank fired towards a watchtower at a UN base in southern Lebanon, the UN says.

According to a statement by the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), the observation tower at its headquarters in Naqoura was directly hit, causing the peacekeepers to fall.

"The injuries are fortunately, this time, not serious, but they remain in hospital," the UN says.

It adds that Israeli soldiers also fired at a UN base in Ras Naqoura, "hitting the entrance to the bunker where peacekeepers were sheltering, and damaging vehicles and a communications system".

There's more in their statement which we'll bring you shortly.

UNIFIL is a UN peacekeeping mission created in 1978. It monitors hostilities and helps to ensure humanitarian access to civilians.

That depends upon what they see as positive outcomes. Many hundreds of dead Jewish soldiers- their tormentors, Israel in internal turmoil, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran and Syria actively militarily aligned with them, Israel forever designated a pariah and criminal regime by most of the world and the USA exposed as an enemy of the entire Middle East.
There are arrest warrants pending for the Zionist leadership and Israel is facing charges of genocide at the ICJ. The more civilians the Jews murder the worse it is for Israel .
For all I know Hamas believes that this war is in its early days. That's the view of many political and military observers elsewhere- and Palestine has never previously had such massive support worldwide- even in the US. A year ago Palestine had almost been forgotten and some of the Arab world were even considering Trump's dumbass ' Abraham Accords'.

Of course they do... that's why there's no chance for peace. Hamas, like all Islamic terrorists, are on an eternal mission to kill all Jews, infidels, apostates etc, because they believe it's a command from their god and will gets them into heaven. In other words, a "war on Islamic terrorism" is a waste of time and resources. All Israel, or the US after 9/11, is doing is setting the terrorists back in their ability to conduct their next terror attacks, but the next attack is always on the horizon and it wouldn't matter if the state of Israel ceased to exist.... there will always be an excuse the gullible people, like you, will swallow hook, line and sinker.

Hamas continues to use civilian areas for protection. They do this because they know it will slow Israels advance. It slows Israel's advance because Israel, unlike Hamas, actually has concern for civilian lives. When to you think Hamas will stop doing that?

Wrong. I've seen the warning texts that Israel sends to Palestinians, telling them to leave specific areas before they are bombed. You really should stop reading al Jazeera. You might learn something if you did.
