Which hoax is not accurate
 
I have always thought that Rubin Hurricane Carter was guilty of at LEAST being an accomplice to the triple murder back in 1966.

Everyone from Denzel Washington to Bob Dylan have been preaching the story of Carter being framed by the racist Paterson Police Department.

I have no doubt that Carter was viewed upon unfavourably, maybe even unfairly prosecuted. Some of it due to his race, some of it due to his abrasive personality. Because of those factors i don't think he should have been convicted.

But that doesn't mean i don't think he had something to do with it. THe more you look at the case, there is something fishy about it and Carter seems to have been involved IMO.

The players were accused of rape. They were not accused of a hate crime. Since no hate crime was charged there could be no hate crime hoax. The only hoax seems to be the claim that this was a hate crime hoax.

My guess is that you will not post a shred of evidence to support this being a hate crime hoax. Instead you might post allegations, dismissed cases, gish gallop, secondhand quotes, or propaganda, but you would NEVER post any evidence that proves this is a hate crime hoax.
Actually, the FBI claims it is a noose. The pictures the FBI released of it show it to be a noose. Not a traditional hangman's noose since it doesn't have the required 13 wraps but it is clearly a noose. The only hoax here seems to be the authors claims about the incident. NASCAR found it to be the ONLY instance of a noose in a garage so it can't be one of several.

I am not the author of that article, I just posted a link to it, and am not responsible for the content of it. I am very glad to see a lefty actually take the time to read the linked article and post arguments. Rape sounds pretty hateful to me, but at least you did something besides change the subject.
