Obviously I'm referring to two definitions. One by the UN, and one by Merriam-Webster. In the case of terrorists, the CIA used the dictionary definition and did not cross that line.

I'm inclined to believe The Southern Man on this subject. Since we now know that victims of torture exhibit an inability to be truthful, we can conclude that The Southern Man's claims to be aware of CIA torture methods are the result of his victimhood.

What further indications does one need to see that The Southern Man's inability to tell truth from fiction is a direct result of The Southern Man's first-hand knowledge of CIA torture?

The question is, did we agree to abstain from torture according to the definiton in the dictionary or according to the UN resolution?
