All the article states was that the weapons were legally obtained. NOTHING SAID ABOUT WHETHER THEY WERE FORMERLY ON THE 1994 AWB LIST.

After the 1994 AWB was allowed to sunset in 2004 via GOP voting majority, any weapons like the AR-15 and similar styled weapons that were on that list became legal. Subsequently, they became the weapon of choice for a LOT of mass shooters.

I believe her mother may have been wrong, that Audrey may not have come out yet. Audrey may never have to her mother, for all I know. One thing that I do know, the group she identified with in her art and online profiles is not one that is full of Christian conservatives. I can work the percentages and guess that we will find out that Audrey was a bit less conservative than Desh wants Audrey to be.

She did come out to the parents, according to the link that was posted earlier: "Twenty years later, after being rejected by her Christian family when she came out to them as gay, Hale had turned into a killer."
