Treasurys Rise on Worse Than Expected Jobs Report

Americans may be "stupit" to someone who sits on a farm all day in Kentucky. Fortuantely there's a whole country outside that farm made up of smart, ambitious, hard working entrepreneurs who are helping to shape the future of this great country. For sh*ts and giggles take a trip to the Silicon Valley or any other number of areas where the entrepreneurial spirit is strong and the future bright. Might be rather eye opening.

It is much easier however to just sit back and say everyone's "stupit" and our country sucks and is going downhill and we'll soon be a 2nd world nation.

The truth sucks. But that is the way it is going unless we turn it around.
Those silicon valley types have their products made in China and such, not in the USA.

I am smart enough not to demand what cannot be delivered.

You speak of liberty, yet you are very against the liberty of gays to marry.
A true libertarian would not be against Gay marriage.
Why do you strive to deny their liberties?

If Americans are something other than stupid, how the fuck did our principles of government and our politics get so fucked up over the past couple-hundred years?

Our country got fucked up by the ascension of elitist fascist progressives to the reins of power. From there they dumbed down our school system and fostered dependance and stupidity as much as they could.

Voting is presented as the highest form of civic duty. They're also told that a two party system is optimum, and third parties are always crazy. Given this propaganda, many due what seems best.
