Same old bullshit.

When technology advances to the point where cars are no longer dangerous, whether via collision avoidance systems or some other as yet unimagined methodology, the point will become moot.

Until then, society relies on the automobile/truck/bus/airplane/etc to function.

Guns have no such role.

If all guns disappeared in the blink of an eye, you could still get to work at your janitor job, or to the convenience store to get your beer, cigarettes and lottery tickets. If cars disappeared, we'd all be walking.

Your automobile false comparison is just a reductio ad absurdum argument, and nothing more.

Nope. Irrelevant. I want to see what Mamdani will actually do in office and the results of that. This was just typical Trump meeting with his opposition, some petty tyrant, or the like. It has little meaning, but stirs his domestic opposition up something fierce.

What's the Left going to do with Mamdani and Trump making nice on camera? Mamdani met with Trump! Both extremes are going to go hyper ballistic over that. Me?
