Trump again again bans THC…

Laws against any substance that many people want to use or ingest...just drives up the price of the substance and leads to illegal trafficking. All of which leads to more crime.

If alcohol is legal...banning pot is way beyond stupid.

In a non joking moment,.....this clip is Totally TRUE BTW......pot is but a tiny part of it. There are a million things used against us daily. We are living in a demonic fallen world . But only for a time. Our savior is coming soon to slay those who are the cause of the suffering and depravity.

Is the abuse of alcohol potentially dangerous to other people? Yes.

Do we need to legalize yet another drug that people have already proven they can't handle? No

Which is why I never talk about what I did before I retired. It's completely irrelevant on an internet forum and no-one would believe me anyway, lol
No need to go into details, but not all threads have MAGAts on them. Some are just friendly discussion about hobbies and interests.

No, but Trump doesn't care about small American businesses as he proved with soybean farmers and ranchers. He only sucks up to the conglomerates and his oligarch buddies.

Hemp industry battles to save THC products from ban: 5 things to know

Unless his press coverage gets bad and his Republican house members start complaining - then he just throws money at the problem to shut them up, further blowing up the deficit.

Some guy who drinks too many big gulps could sit on you and suffocate you. I find that about as likely as you being killed by a stoner.
In OHIO 42% of fatal car crashes involved a SERIOUSLY impaired driver that had THC in their systems. So don't be moronic.

Funny, isn't it, how the MAGA morons attack federal regulation when it's a Democrat pushing them but flip-flop when it's their Orange Jesus shredding the Constitution and imposing autocratic laws on the nation?

This is how I know all MAGAts are traitors. Especially those who have taken the oath.
Christians don't take Oath's

From Google AI:
compare violent events between people who drink alcohol and people who smoke pot.

Research consistently shows a strong association between
alcohol use and aggressive, violent behavior, whereas the link between marijuana use and violence is less direct, with some studies suggesting it may reduce the likelihood of violence during intoxication.

Alcohol and Violence
Alcohol consumption is widely recognized as a major contributing factor in various violent events.

  • Strong Correlation: Alcohol use is more closely associated with violent crimes, including assault, domestic abuse, and sexual assault, than any other drug.
  • Mechanism: Alcohol impairs judgment, lowers inhibitions, and can lead individuals to misjudge social cues and overreact, thereby facilitating aggressive behavior, particularly following provocation.
  • Statistics: Studies indicate that alcohol is involved in approximately half of all homicides and assaults. In incidents of intimate partner violence, two-thirds of victims report that the perpetrator had been drinking.
  • Domestic and Sexual Assault: Alcohol is highlighted by the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) as the "most commonly used chemical in crimes of sexual assault".

Marijuana and Violence
The relationship between marijuana use and violence is more complex and less consistently demonstrated. Some studies suggest that cannabis may reduce aggressive feelings during intoxication. Research on intimate partner violence found lower rates of violence among couples who used marijuana compared to non-users or alcohol users. While some research found associations between cannabis use and increased psychological aggression, this was often linked to factors like anger or pre-existing psychiatric disorders rather than a direct causal effect of the drug. Cannabis also does not appear to increase risk-taking behavior in the same way alcohol does.
In summary, evidence strongly suggests alcohol is a major risk factor for violent behavior, while marijuana has a much weaker, if any, direct link, and may even be associated with decreased aggression during intoxication.

Why do you support some over regulation by big govt and not others? I already told you,....I don't support it.
I believe in a balance, but am particularly for freedom on actions that only harm the individual doing them.

I don’t believe in regulating big gulps or THC.

I can see an argument for regulating Herion due to the huge cost on society.

I know plenty of THC users who cost society nothing, in fact they contribute. I know 0 such heroin users, and I do know a few.
