Laws against any substance that many people want to use or ingest...just drives up the price of the substance and leads to illegal trafficking. All of which leads to more crime.

If alcohol is legal...banning pot is way beyond stupid.

Is the abuse of alcohol potentially dangerous to other people? Yes.

Do we need to legalize yet another drug that people have already proven they can't handle? No

In OHIO 42% of fatal car crashes involved a SERIOUSLY impaired driver that had THC in their systems. So don't be moronic.

I believe in a balance, but am particularly for freedom on actions that only harm the individual doing them.

I don’t believe in regulating big gulps or THC.

I can see an argument for regulating Herion due to the huge cost on society.

I know plenty of THC users who cost society nothing, in fact they contribute. I know 0 such heroin users, and I do know a few.
