Trump LIED and spread misinformation, confusing, conflicting information, Governors and mayors had no idea what was fact and what were lies and disinformation.
Maybe just maybe IF Trump hadn't spread his LIES and disinformation less people may have died .
The Governors of the North east states did what they thought best, Governors in RED states did nothing and laughed at the north east states shutting down and had a LOT more people get it and DIED form it.

Committing crimes makes him a CRIMINAL.

"Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General … I dare you to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term," the founder of the Article III Project said. "Because listen here sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time. And we will put your fat a-- in prison for conspiracy against rights and I promise you that."

Davis warned James to "think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights."

Which time? You are picking out statements that are at odds with what he said many times. The sad fact in Trump will escape another 60 or so felonies. Equal justice has never existed in America. The wealthy have always received better results . Trump has committed about 60 more felonies that he will get away with and you think justice has been unfair for him?
I hope Georgia goes with his election felony case. He is on tape doing that one.
He will escape his theft of a truckload of classified documents and lying to the FBI as he kept hiding them.
