It has been audited.. The Clintons can't touch money donated to the charity. .. and the independent audits indicated their overhead (administrative) cost are about 10%.. Same as the American Red Cross.

The Russian oligarchs were laundering their money through a Cyprus bank. That bank was run by Wilbur Ross. Another big position, in the bank, was held by Putin. The vehicle they used for moving money was real estate. You can see where trump fits in. These guys are dirty. Trump went bankrupt so many times that he could only get money from russian banks. That is when he started colluding with Russians.
