The question is, If they did take them, why? What purpose under the warrant does taking Trump's passports serve? If you say something like, 'Now he can't leave the country,' that requires an act of a court and only after charges are brought and the person deemed a flight risk. Otherwise, it's an illegal seizure of property. It serves no legitimate law enforcement purpose. This is especially true for an expired passport. No purpose whatsoever.

You and me if we block the door and dont let others leave we get put on charges if we are white....did they just prevent him from leaving the country? This is not a property crime because passports dont belong to us....this is more along the lines of imprisonment.

FFS. Trump illegally stored classified documents. If you or I had done this, we would be in prison jumpsuits right now. Trump is being handled with kiddie gloves. You really can't see it?
