He can be hard to follow for some, but I doubt they've ever listened to any of his discourses; just carefully-curated out-of-context soundbites designed to reinforce their own biases.

He speaks ex tempore, with all that implies.

Does he ramble? Yes.

Is his line of reasoning sometimes hard to follow? It may be, for some. If you're one of them, perhaps the difficulty is yours.

Does that mean he's foolish? Perhaps, in some instances.
