How do you know, did Mueller make you privy to all the info? You assume much and know little. Time will tell just exactly what Mueller has.

No they do not. They are separate branches. Rosenstein should have told trump to take a hike. He caved because he did not want to be fired.Trump would have canned him and put Jared in phis place. I am sure Rosey knows what they will find...nothing.

DoJ is supposed to be "independent" (from influence) but is very much part of the executive branch

The DOJ is not even a ‘branch’ of government lol.

It was created under Grant after the Civil war. The branches are executive, legislative and judicial.
 
Trump also wanted Obama's birth certificate investigated, and he wanted Hillary Clinton thrown in prison for felonies she did not commit, nor was convicted for.

So we can assume this Orange Fat Ass simply doesn't know what the fuck he is talking about.


On another tangent, I have not heard Trump boot-lickers use the word "nothing burger" in ages. Literally ages.

The AG's office was established under the Judiciary Act of 1789, and Washington appointed Edmund Randolph as US Attorney General. It falls under the executive branch of government. As with all cabinet officers, the AG derives its powers and authority from the president, so that he doesn't have to oversee the government's legal offices, nor visit the inside of a courtroom. The 1870 creation of the DOJ was a mere restructuring of the office.
