It is safe to say Reagan could have been elected to a third term, had he been allowed to, and had his mind not deteriorate due to Alzheimer's. Bush I could not even get a second term. Clinton was more popular than Gore, so would have won a third term. Bush II would not have won a third term. Obama would have won a third term easily. There was trump fatigue before he was even elected. There is a reason no reasonable person ever thought he could get a majority of the popular vote.

But even there, trump fatigue is highly variable. 20% of Americans have the opposite of trump fatigue, 20% have minor trump fatigue, and 60% have full on trump fatigue. For the 20% of Americans in the Alt Right, they are just confused as to why I would say there is trump fatigue. All their friends think trump is the greatest thing to ever happen to America.

If trump was smart, he would harness the trump fatigue to avoid going to prison. Most Americans would be willing to allow him to go free, if we just do not have to hear about him ever again.

We got Trump fatigue almost from the beginning with his constant tweets and firing of staff and cabinet members.
His personality was too much.

Clearly, whether you see trump fatigue or not depends on what group you are in. Most Americans are in a group where there is nothing but trump fatigue. A significant minority is in a group where there is not a bit of trump fatigue.

I stand by my 20/20/60 estimate, where 20% have no trump fatigue, 20% have slight trump fatigue, and 60% have full on trump fatigue. Most Americans will be happy to see less of trump, and hope to see even less still of him.
