Well, well, well; there is no way Mr.Trump can possibly lose this lawsuit ,as there are thousands of hours of video, thousands of documents, and an ONGOING FEDERAL SPECIAL COUNSEL PROBE PROVING IT AS WELL.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Donald Trump on Thursday sued Hillary Clinton and several other Democrats, alleging they tried to rig the 2016 U.S. presidential election by tying his campaign to Russia.

"Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty," the former president alleged in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida.

Trump, who beat Democratic nominee Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, alleges “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood,” among other claims.

Trump’s allegations in the lawsuit are undermined by a 966-page report issued by a Republican-led U.S. Senate committee in August 2020. That report concluded that Russia used Republican political operative Paul Manafort and the WikiLeaks website to try to help Trump win the 2016 election.

Manafort worked on Trump’s presidential campaign for five months in 2016.

Russia’s alleged election interference, which Moscow denies, sparked a two-year-long U.S. investigation headed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

In the lawsuit, Trump is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Trump said he was “forced to incur expenses in an amount to be determined at trial, but known to be in excess of twenty-four million dollars ($24,000,000) and continuing to accrue, in the form of defense costs, legal fees, and related expenses.”

Trump sues Hillary Clinton, DNC over ‘unthinkable’ Russia ‘plot’ in 2016 election


Former President Donald Trump on Thursday filed a federal lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, accusing them of “an unthinkable plot” to tie him to Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The complaint, filed in the Southern District of Florida, also accuses others in the Clinton campaign and DNC of shielding the former secretary of state from the plot.

“In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot — one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,” the lawsuit says.

“Acting in concert, the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” it says. “The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme — falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources — are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the Watergate [scandal] pale in comparison.”

Trump claims in the suit that the conspiracy “was conceived, coordinated and carried out by top-level officials at the Clinton campaign and the DNC — including ‘the candidate’ herself.”

So, your asinine claim is that the named defendants DID NOT START and PROMOTE THE RUSSIA LIES?
 
I can hardly wait for the counter suit where Hillary alleges Trump led chants of "lock her up" in order to undermine her campaign.
At least Hillary's suit would be based on actual facts.

The lawyers that filed it may find themselves in the same legal peril that Sydney Powell is in. They didn't check to see if what they are representing to the court is actually true.
The lawsuit alleges that Joffe gained unauthorized access to the servers in the White House. While Fox News may have pushed that lie, Durham had to tell the court that wasn't true.

Trump will end up paying the lawyer's fees for everyone he is suing. That is after they get him under oath in discovery and get summary judgement because he perjured himself.
