I watched Shep Smith this afternoon who had an attorney offering up another perspective on this. First of all, this was a civil case, but the charges against the Trump Foundation were serious enough to cause criminal charges. Even better, this attorney, whose name I cant recalll, said that a state can indict the President without interfering with the justice department rule against a sitting President being indicted.
The screws are getting tighter and tighter.

Clinton Foundation books were opened and a Charity rating agency found them to be a very good and highly rated charity. Clinton Foundation is a real charity and you should love it. The Trump Foundation was a scam and a Trump slush fund.
