Kaczynski did not "start" CIA training. They would have no reason to recruit Kaczynski.
Now that did happen. He was "belittled" in a psychological experiment. Not sure that is an excuse for terrorism, but it did happen.
That is not anything like being recruited as a CIA officer. Completely different.
