I wouldn't be counting any chickens just yet. Turnout looks good, but many votes will be discarded in Georgia, and Fla. will be within 1 or 2 points. I think the Midwest is firmly Biden's.
We're going to see thousands of mail in ballots discounted by the new and improved Supreme Court. trump is going to do everything he can to steal this election.

I hope Biden doesn't pull an Obama, and just let trump walk. Of course, trump's major crimes are in NY state. Biden might just let James continue her work, which will go much more smoothly without Barr running interference.
As to jail? I don't know. I'll just be happy to see trump on t.v during the trials.
My money is on yes, but most likely for state crimes. Classic split the baby. Biden can pretend he is unifying the country, but not with a pardon, but a commutation after Trump has been tried for Federal crimes. Then let New York lock him up.

tRump as a lawlessly hacked in imposter and Putin puppet in violation of U.S. Constitutional law who was sent on a mission to destroy Democracy from within is no better than anyone else, not above the law and regardless of that fake president position of his. tRump should experience extreme retribution and accountability as a result of his numerous high crimes, murderous atrocities against U.S. citizens, looting taxpayer money and adding $7 trillion to the national debt and of course conspiring with his president Putin to take out bounties on U.S. troops. It would be a travesty of Justice to let tRump off the hook just because he is perceived as a so-called president versus eventually getting thrown out of the coronavirus contaminated White House that he was not legitimately put there in the first place. Also just for conspiring with his head henchman Barr to go after a former Vice President and POTUS such as President Obama and Vice President Biden, flunk tRump and I hope he gets just the type of Justice served on him that he deserves. Yet considering tRump lost his soul to the devil decades ago, it would make sense for him to lose his bid to get lawlessly hacked and rigged in there again in violation of U.S. Constitutional law and in the devil's favor. tRump has been a curse on humanity and unless someone wants another curse or perhaps worse, it would be a good idea to drop the failed power grab so-called business man tRump experiment and try not to violate U.S. Constitutional law and the will of the unobstructed voter again.

The margins are too great in too many states. I think at the end of the day, he'll put down the phone and walk out with his tail between his legs. I think the election is breaking toward Biden. Early voting is overwhelming.
And pigs will take wing, snowball fights will commence in Hades, and a bear will come out of the woods and take a big dump in front of Trump Tower.

All data points to you being correct. But if you study some key court rulings in some states, we're going to see a lot of discounted votes. We've already forgotten the ploy to kill the USPS. They're behind on mail delivery in a big way. I'm hoping that people stop using mail in ballots now, and opt for in person voting.

If you watch when he makes these claims, he's simply reading Miller's copy...without ANY conviction. He's swallowing the sentences, which he does when he's forced to read something that he doesn't want to.
If he believed any of it, he'd sound more like Howard Dean on the night he was disqualified from the race due to being overzealous.

trump is still pushing the 'self pardon' angle, but many are describing a situation where trump steps down on Jan 19 and lets Pence pardon him a la Ford/Nixon before Fed charges are brought.
I would not bet against trump fleeing the country. It is probably a less likely outcome, but it is very possible.
We might have an ex-president with Russian citizenship. Or trump might try to setup a government-in-exile in Moscow.
Question to the trump supporters on JPP, would you sell everything you own, and move to Russia to support trump's government-in-exile?
In our system, you need to present real evidence in court to prove something. trump has tried to change that, but even he has to provide real evidence. That is why trump has been unable to lock up Democrats, no evidence against them.
