trump has spent 13 years almost about to release a plan

You are nothing, and nothing at all will be able to save you.
I assure you I am something...a leftist for example, a human, a loyal American, a capitalist, and a quickly balding old man.

If by "save" me you meant, I will die soon...I agree. Probably gonna be a lot sooner than I want it to be. If you meant something else...I say fuck you.

Hope your day is going well.

Before Obamacare, one could by private health insurance. I was going to do so for less than $600.00 a month for my wife and myself. We were self-employed. Obamacare was enacted and that policy disappeared and the price of something comparable went to $900.00 and climbed every year thereafter. The middle and upper middle cannot qualify for ACA tax credits and are stuck with inflated and unaffordable health insurance costs.
So you are backing universal medical care. Glad to hear it. Insurance costs have been going up for several decades, never down always up. What product does health insurance offer? They are in it for profit. They make greater profits by denying you healthcare, even the care you pay for. Insurance just gobbles up billions of healthcare money and have no product. They make healthcare far more complicated for you and the hospitals and doctors.
ACA made it cheaper. They forced profit margins to stay under 20 percent.

Those concepts are soooo hard for MAGAts.

One thing everyone knows is that Trump also lied about releasing his medical records, small wonder why; he's a 78-year-old man in poor health and clearly suffering from dementia.

Since Trump is notorious for projection, his rants about Harris' IQ is another reason he won't release his records.

Trump’s obsession with Harris’s IQ is telling

In a series of social media posts in August, former President Donald Trump called Vice President Kamala Harris “low IQ,” “dumb” and lacking “the mental capacity” to debate him. Although a substantial majority of Americans subsequently concluded that she beat him in their Sept. 10 face-off, Trump doubled down. “Kamala Harris is mentally impaired,” he said at a rally in Wisconsin last month. “Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way.”

In contrast, Trump — who often boasts about his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, home of “super genius stuff” at the Wharton School, and the difficulty of getting admitted to that prestigious institution — maintains that “I’m a really smart guy, you know, really smart.”...

...Trump’s incoherence should give voters pause. Especially when they also consider his fundamental character flaws.

Insisting that he is “entitled to personal attacks,” Trump has mocked Biden’s childhood stutter. He has reposted crude and vulgar sexual comments about Harris. And he lies about all things great and small. The size of his crowds. Crime rates, inflation rates and the number of immigrants illegally entering the country. The result of the 2020 election. Teachers deciding whether transgender students should get operations. Haitian immigrants kidnapping, killing and eating pets in Springfield, Ohio.

In selecting a president of the United States, the most powerful political figure in the world, knowledge, intelligence, cognitive acuity and character matter — more than anything else.
trump has this weird inferiority complex going on, which is weirder still reflected in the alt right voters.

He's always been that way as compensation for his micropenis.

Donald Trump has more money than millions of Americans put together, yet he has a button dick. Does anyone doubt he's talked to doctors about a penis transplant?

Having a micropenis also explains his misogyny and predilection for "buying" women with his money. The only women he's married were all gold diggers. Nothing wrong with that as long as both parties are in the relationship with eyes wide open, but it's telling about Trump's ability to relate to a woman as his partner in marriage.

With the odds of success so low, I doubt many men would rather risk losing their penis all together, even a button dick, than roll the dice on a normal penis transplant:

A penis transplant is a rare and complex procedure, with just five successful penis transplants worldwide as of 2023.1 There are additional cases of successful surgical reattachments after a traumatic injury, but these replantations are not the same as transplants from a donor.
