The Jury by law has to be unanimous on every element of the crime. The judge's jury charge was illegal and will be eventually reversed on appeal. The Judge knew this but wanted a Convicted Felon lable on Trump to damage him in the election because he knew the appeal would not happen prior to the election, So don't get your hopes up.
