Leaving unnamed co-defendants out, to avoid ability to use all sorts of motions to slow it. Simple straight forward charges that are not complex.

I said it in the Florida Indictment, Documents case, that Aileen Cannon screwed up (as did Trump team) in pushing that case back so much, to the end of May, 2024. It leaves a big enough window for another judge to say 'ok we will set a speedy trial pace to be completed before that date'. A case like this one.

If Aileen was smart she would have gave Jack the December date he wanted but then accept motions from Trumps team just before it was going to start, to push it back another 3 months...and so on and so on.

She could have set a schedule that would not have allowed for any cases to be squeezed in between.

A false elector is a phony elector who signed a certificate claiming to be chosen as a Republican elector for a state when the Democratic candidate won the popular vote from that state thereby electing the Democratic and not the Republican elector. And probably a crime.

Pence chose no electors for states. He counted those electors chosen by the state vote and certified by the designated method.

Election officials were not urged to find "missing" votes. There were no missing votes. Biden won GA.

He lost all the court cases. They were thrown out because they contained no evidence. A basic requirement of cases is to include evidence to support the claim. None of them did. When your case is thrown out you lose because your complaint is rejected.
